Phil Merilees Departs AES for * NCAR - 1987

Note:  These are rare "clean-out-your-desk" photos, more normally associated with retirements, transfers or, in more recent years, lay-offs.  In this case, Phil was delighted to be heading for a Director position at NCAR and was obvously keen to get to the mountains as he depicted the location of NCAR in the above photo.  A B&W version of the other photo was published in Zephyr.
