as originally published in May / June 1988 edition of Zephyr * * * During a recent meeting between senior officials of AES and the Department of Transport (DOT), Mr. Gilles Rodrigue (right), director of Air Navigation System Requirements, DOT, presented a plaque to J. Réal Gagnon in recognition of his six years as AES's liaison officer with DOT. In presenting the award on behalf of his deputy minister, Mr. Rodrigue noted several areas where Réal had made a noted contribution to improving AES/ DOT relations.
