Notes re Contract Weather Observer (CWO) Courses

Photos of  Contract Weather Observer training courses from January 2003 to present, held Cornwall ON, were kindly provided by Al Russell, one of their instructors.  Earlier, these courses were conducted in various regions at Hamilton ON, Estevan SK, and Glenlea and Winnipeg, MB.  Instructors were usually the Environment Canada Meteorological Inspectors.
