Picture taken following a warm wind storm at Resolute.
The icicles on the building very graphically show the way the wind changes direction as a low-pressure center passes a location.

On Nearby Lake North of the Resolute Station (probably summer of 1973)

The little lake is somewhat north of the Resolute main transmitter site.  Temperature was about 48 degrees Fahrenheit.

Paddlers are so far unidentified.
