Change of Command Ceremony - 25 July 2006

Note: The ceremony
marked the change
of command from a civilian
meteorologist (since 1946) to a military officer.
A reorganization placed the School of Meteorology under the Canadian Forces Intelligence Command. Henceforth, the School Commandants will be uniformed officers from that (Intelligence) Command. Major Dave Skinner, seen
below, is the first military Commandant of the School.
