Howard Ferguson makes some presentations to Jim McCulloch (left) who retired in July as director general of the Canadian Climate Centre after more than 35 years with the weather service. A crowd of well wishers gathered in the AES Downsview cafeteria for a short send-off ceremony. In recent years Jim McCulloch has also held the posts of director general of AES Central Services Directorate and of AES Weather Services Directorate.
